jaime's journey.

Sharing my world of photography is not complete without sharing my world of Maddux with you, also. I am the proud mom of a daughter
who continues to fight epilepsy and autism. I love to share her
story of constant recovery and continued healing. Our journey with her is one of the reasons why I am a photographer today. I have documented her story from her last smile and it continues today. You can see her story in progression by clicking on the
link "Maddux's Story"  above. Please read her story and see why she is my true inspiration.

waiting to heal her heart. raleigh photographer

I have been photographing this family since I picked up my camera for the first time.  In August they will be welcoming baby Leah into their lives. Unfortunately not into their home right away. Leah has a heart defect called Hypoplastic left heart syndrome  that will keep her in the hospital for the first month of her life.  We are anxiously awaiting her birth and can not wait to celebrate girl #3!  Congrats guys and I can not wait for Leah photo debut!

Katherine Saudo - The pictures are beautiful; what a beautiful family! I have been looking for a photographer to take a picture of my family and stumbled across your website. You take wonderful pictures! Please let your friends know they are in our prayers. We too have a little girl with HLHS and three healthy girls as well. Our little girl with HLHS will be six months in August and has had two surgeries to date (both at Duke). She is doing great! Please tell your friends there is hope! If your friends would like to talk with a family that has four girls, has been through the emotional roller coaster of having a little girl with HLHS or just wishes to talk, please pass along my e-mail address.

Angela Crutcher - Oh goodness! What a beautifully stunning session!
