a mother’s tale… a photographers heart- Raleigh Lifestyle Photographer

I saved this post as my last post for 2009. This session started my fall season and I have yet to blog my late summer ones but this family holds a special place on my heart. Jessica Barlow is a wonderful photographer a few hours from me that came to me as other photographers stated that her son, like Maddux, was too hard to photograph. She packed up her family and headed to me! This beautiful boy below captured my heart right away. He had the most beautiful eyes and his brother loved him so much. To be able to capture a families love in a photo means more to moms like Jessica and me than anyone will ever know. To meet a child, as I did with Maddux, through photos is a documented conversation between each member of the family. I think these kids have a direct connection to things and people that we can not see. They are pure love, pure joy and pure heart. Thanks Barlow family for allowing me to see your families heart.
